About this piece
A Tree of Life rendered with the roots left exposed below the trunk rather than hidden at the base — the growth above ground and the structure beneath it shown as one continuous piece. The canopy is dense with individually worked leaves, which is what gives the silhouette its texture when it is lit from the side.
Where it works
At 20″ × 17″ and 3 kg this is the practical middle of our Kalpavriksha range: substantial enough to hold a wall on its own, light enough for an ordinary wall fixing. It works above a console table, along a staircase, or as a pair flanking a doorway.
Finish and care
Supplied in your choice of Natural or Antique. Natural leaves the brass bright and it will mellow with age; Antique is darkened into the recesses so the detailing reads more sharply from a distance. Clean with a soft dry cotton cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or metal polishing liquids.
