About this piece
The Kalpavriksha, or wish-fulfilling tree, appears across Hindu, Jain and Buddhist tradition as a tree said to grant what is asked of it — a standing image of abundance and of things that keep growing. This is the largest piece we make: a 48-inch three-dimensional rendering where the canopy is built up in layers rather than pressed flat, so the branches carry real depth and the leaves catch light at different angles through the day.
Where it works
At 48″ × 36″ and 20 kg this is architecture, not an accent. It needs a wall that can take a masonry fixing and roughly five feet of clear width to read properly — an entrance lobby, a double-height living room, a hotel reception or a boardroom. It ships in a solid wooden crate, and we would recommend installing it with the same care you would give a heavy mirror.
Finish and care
Supplied in your choice of Natural or Antique. Natural leaves the brass bright and it will mellow with age; Antique is darkened into the recesses so the detailing reads more sharply from a distance. Clean with a soft dry cotton cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or metal polishing liquids.
