What is a tower bolt?
A tower bolt, called a chitkani in Hindi, is a sliding bolt fixed to a door or window. A round rod slides through guides on a flat plate and into a socket on the frame or floor, holding the door shut from the inside. On double doors it also holds one leaf in place at the top or bottom.
Which tower bolt sizes to stock
The 4 and 6 inch are the sizes we ship most, and they cover most room doors and windows. The 8 and 12 inch suit taller and heavier doors, and the 18 inch is made as a special size for very tall doors.
Made for daily use
A tower bolt gets pushed and pulled every day, often on doors that see damp. Ours are stainless steel 304, the grade that resists rust.
One supplier for every size
Order the sizes your shop needs together, direct from our factory in Aligarh, instead of sourcing each one separately.
Backed by a 2-year warranty
Each bolt is checked before dispatch and carries the standard Leena warranty, which means fewer returns at your counter.

What is a tower bolt used for?
A tower bolt holds a door or window shut from the inside. On double doors it also holds one leaf in place, fitted at the top or bottom.
What is the difference between a tower bolt and an aldrop?
A tower bolt is a simple sliding bolt that works from one side only. An aldrop is a longer bar with a flap for a padlock, so a door can also be locked from the outside. We make both.
What sizes of SS tower bolt do you make?
100, 150, 200 and 300 mm (4, 6, 8 and 12 inch), with 450 mm (18 inch) as a special size. We share exact specifications on WhatsApp.
Which tower bolt size should I stock first?
The 4 and 6 inch are the sizes we ship most, so start there. Longer bolts suit taller or heavier doors.
What is the price of an SS tower bolt?
Rates depend on size and quantity. We share the current wholesale price list on WhatsApp once we have your shop name and city.
Can you make tower bolts under our brand?
Yes. We manufacture for companies across India under their own name, with your branding, packaging and labels. The minimum order depends on the requirement, so share yours on WhatsApp.
